Head to the website, log in, and pick up where you left off.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Is there a mobile app? Currently, we do not have a standalone app in the App Store or Play Store. The website is fully optimised to deliver the same high-quality experience directly in your mobile browser.
Can I download videos to watch offline? Unfortunately, offline viewing isn't supported. To keep our high-level Challenger content secure, lessons must be streamed with an active internet connection.
A quick tip for the road: Videos are high-definition! If you aren't on Wi-Fi, keep an eye on your mobile data usage so you don't get a surprise from your provider.
Mobile Troubleshooting: Quick Fixes:
If the player isn't behaving properly on your phone or tablet, try these "quick wins" before contacting our technical support team:
1. Check for "Desktop Mode." Sometimes your mobile browser tries to load the computer version of our site, which can make buttons hard to press.
iOS (Safari): Tap the 'AA' icon in the address bar and select "Request Mobile Website."
Android (Chrome): Tap the three dots (⋮) in the corner and ensure "Desktop site" is unchecked.
2. Enable Screen Rotation. Our player is designed to be viewed in Landscape (Horizontal) mode for the best experience.
The Fix: Make sure your device's Orientation Lock is turned off. Turn your phone sideways to expand the video to full screen automatically.
3. Video Not Loading on Data? If you are using a mobile data connection (4G/5G) and the video won't start:
The Fix: Check your phone's "Data Saver" settings. Some devices block high-definition video streaming to save your data allowance.
4. Clear Mobile Browser Cache. Just like a computer, mobile browsers get "clogged" with old data.
The Fix: Go to your browser app settings and select "Clear Browsing Data" (specifically Cache and Cookies), then refresh the page.
